At Sampleswave, we aim to give producers high-quality, creative sounds that you can use freely and confidently in your music. By purchasing or downloading any kit from Sampleswave, you agree to the following usage terms:

1. General Usage Rights

All products sold or distributed by Sampleswave are licensed, not sold. You are granted a non-exclusive license to use the sounds in your own musical compositions and productions.

You may:

  • Use the included sounds (loops, one-shots, MIDI, etc.) in your own productions for personal or commercial releases.

  • Monetize your songs independently (Spotify, Apple Music, YouTube, etc.) without additional clearance.

  • Use the sounds in beat leases, exclusive sales, and independent releases.

You may not:

  • Resell, share, or redistribute any of the sounds or kits as-is.

  • Register compositions containing Sampleswave loops in Content ID systems (e.g. YouTube Content ID, AdRev, etc.).

  • Use the sounds in sample packs, sound libraries, or other products intended for resale or distribution.

2. Loop Clearance Terms

Loops included in Sampleswave products are royalty free for independent releases.
No clearance is required unless:

  • The song is placed with a major label or major artist, or

  • The song surpasses 1,000,000 total streams across all platforms.

If either case applies, you must contact info@sampleswave.com to handle clearance before further monetization.

3. MIDI & One-Shot Usage

All MIDI files, drum one-shots, and melodic one-shots are 100% royalty free and can be used without clearance under any circumstances — even for major placements.

These elements are yours to use freely in melodies, drums, and compositions with no restrictions.

4. Ownership & Rights

All sounds remain the property of their original creators. Purchasing or downloading a kit gives you the license to use, not ownership of, the sounds.

You may not claim ownership of individual samples, loops, or MIDI files on their own.

5. Content ID & Copyright Claims

Tracks using Sampleswave sounds cannot be registered with Content ID systems.
This ensures that other producers using the same non-exclusive sounds do not experience false copyright claims or monetization blocks.
